o Fatigue and exhaustion

o Stress and anxiety

o Sleep disorders

o Mood disorders, such as depression or irritability

o Physical health problems, such as headaches, digestive disorders, cardiovascular disorders, etc.

If we can get relief from it, why deprive ourselves of it!
